The community facility has 14 different-sized, multipurpose spaces designed to accommodate a diverse range of activities and interests including multifunctional class and meeting rooms, specifically designed spaces for dance, art and counselling activities, a communal kitchen with teaching area, a purpose built Meals on Wheels facility, a multipurpose sports stadium, and ample car parking. The hub was completed with the integration of Tunstall Park, which was enhanced with open green spaces, new oaths and areas for passive recreation. The Nunawading Community Hub is expected to be the first 5 Star, Green Star building in the city if Whitehorse.
